FOR HUMANITY AND THE PLANET

The Sustainable Development Goals are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives of all people worldwide, while opening up opportunities for them. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals were adopted in 2015 by all Member States of the United Nations as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which sets out a 15-year plan. aimed at achieving these objectives.
Today, progress has been made in many areas of the 2030 Agenda. However, the speed and depth of action taken to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals remains, by and large, insufficient. 2020 must mark the start of a decade of ambitious action to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
